CONFIDENTIALITY

Metrosert handles information obtained or created during performance of services as confidential, if not agreed differently with client or when requirement to release information is required by law. If there is a request to release information related to client, Metrosert notifies client of the above.

 

HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding Metrosert’s metrology services are to be filed in written form. All complaints are registered and handled pursuant to procedure established at Metrosert and to general terms and conditions of metrology services. The notice regarding acceptance of the complaint and the course and outcome of resolution shall be presented to the complainant in writing.
